Refund Policy
We offer flat rate shipping on orders under $100. Unless otherwise specified, all orders of $100 or more ship for free. Terms and conditions of any additional shipping promotions will be communicated at point of sale.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the original purchase on unopened HIRO™ and SIDEKIK SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS that are still intact and in the original packaging. Any opened systems will incur a 20% “open box” restocking fee. Any opened, unpackaged or altered Solutions are non-returnable and non-refundable. All used HIRO™ and SIDEKIK SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS are non-returnable and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping, delivery, handling costs and fees associated with returning the item to refund.
HIRO™ Systems & Solutions will exchange any mechanical defect within 14 days of purchase as stated within the limitations of our “Limited Liability Warranty”. If the product is damaged by the customer, no refund or exchange will be considered applicable or accepted.
An original proof of purchase and receipt is required for all returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty repair services. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of refunds to be issued in the same form of payment originally received.
Please note that any refunds to a credit card must be placed on the original credit card used. If the original credit card is not available, the refund can be placed on a gift card or sent as a mail check. Mail check refunds will be issued by check, mailed from our corporate office, within 14 business days of the return.
